Lady Banks...

The flower officially known as Rosa Banksiae, but widely known as Lady Banks Rose.

Lady Banks Rose was named after Joseph Bank's wife. Joseph Banks was a botanist who went on many travels to find new species all over the world. Most noted for his voyage with Captain James Cook's "First Great Voyage" aboard the HMS Endeavor.

When James found the flower (from China), he named it in honor of his wife; Dorothea Hugesson

Fun day on the Segway... One thing I've noticed throughout my years as a tour guide is folks from the South are a Riot!! Always Love checking in with our Segway guides to see how their tours are flowing for our guests, so I decided to ride Shotgun. Gotta say, Bear never fails to bring the fun!

The Himalayan Grill

Flagstaff has many options for the food critique, but we are here to say that The Himalayan Grill is outstanding from top to bottom! We have visited them for over 4 years now and every trip from Sedona to Flagstaff ends with dinner at The Himalayan Grill!

Last night was Lamb night as we tasted the curry power behind the chefs with; Lamb Curry, and another plate of Lamb Chao Chao! What an amazing test of the pallet!
