Page Springs Cellars...

It isn't just for wine! That's right. They provide dinning using only the finest ingredients with home grown products (seriously.....right from their own land!) with a pure passion and love for eating fresh and organically, all in a newly renovated kitchen. Talk about winter effort!

Chef extraordinaire; Bryan Nowicki is staking his claim on the delights of the pallet as he blends unique flavors and spices to his already excellent menu. It includes making their own dough and bread starters for their pizza and focaccia breads. They are also using local meats and have added Rillettes (a pate' using smoked salmon, fois gras and roasted vegetables, to name a few) to the menu too.
